A year ago, Peter Boghossian and his film crew made ad hoc visits to the University of Oregon (UO) and Portland State University (PSU) as part of the Reverse Q&A University Tour. These visits were not originally planned, but were possible after our event at Brown University was unexpectedly canceled. It may have been a stroke of luck—some of the most interesting conversations of the tour happened in Oregon, including the confrontation by PSU social workers and the heated exchange about trans women in women’s sports. Both videos went viral and drew more attention to our work.
We are now sharing behind-the-scenes footage from these events with our Substack-supporting subscribers. This video includes eviction from the UO campus, a chance encounter with Anthony Magnabosco’s daughter, a discussion with Dr. Bruce Gilley, critiques of SSE conversations, PSU President Stephen Percy’s accidental engagement with Peter, and a trip down memory lane with Peter’s former students. You also meet several team members: Director of Operations Erin Herrick and videographers Reid Nicewonder, Travis Brown, Nathan Ferguson and Robert Schmeltzer.
Many thanks to our supporting subscribers. Your support funds our video projects through National Progress Alliance! We couldn't do it without you.
