I think you are unduly pessimistic about how things are going. As a 73-year-old, I look back and see all development as zig-and-zag. Feminism was needed, as Coleman said, and the extremes went too far, and the message became "do what men do." Now it is time for the travel back to common sense on that mistake, and I think it is happening.
The answer for both sexes, referring to the last audience question, is courage. The center of this segment for me was Dov's reference to Marcus Aurelius, "identifying your own nature." Dov says that comes first, but I think courage is required for us to go in that direction. A friend of mine is a recovered alcoholic. He says that alcohol was liquid courage for him.

There are sexual assault victims in the UK who make excuses for their attacker because he is an illegal migrants. What more do you need to realize women should not be leading a society.
