A conversation for paid subscribers

This month, instead of our regular “Ask Me Anything” for paid subscribers, we have a casual conversation with Peter about his visit to Puerto Rico! Gina asked Peter about his first impressions of San Juan, some of the people he’s met, unique issues on the island, and his plans for spectrum conversations.
