Since retiring from the tech startup industry, he has worked as an independent researcher and writer on culture and ethnic conflict, conducting field research around the world, from Bosnia to Botswana.

Really good discussion and I like that you were able to steelman the other arguments so well. It gives at least the appearance of a full discussion on the subject. Or an attempt to do so since people tend to be unwilling to do it themselves if they believe it. The discussion between Don Lemon and Elon Musk recently seems to reflect that pretty well. It was an attempt to really discuss the issue from what appears to be people who have opposite views. Didn't go very well though.
