It gave me great happiness to see Reid and Travis standing on a crowded corner in Auckland, New Zealand holding the sign, “New Zealand should be the 51st US State”.
Kiwi here. The Chinese Aircraft carrier fleet is entirely imaginary. China doesn't have the logistical capability to guarantee a successful amphibious invasion of Taiwan, let alone invade New Zealand. There is a military maxim, "It takes 10,000 people to land 1 combat-ready soldier on a beach, 10,000 miles away." Those 10,000 people need to know their job very well for that to happen too. If China had a blue water navy, then, yeah, that is a defense issue, but the reality is, the US isn't going to waste troops defending 5 million people at the arse-end of nowhere, especially a country who's only exports are primary produce.
Three reasons I like the idea. Defense, Free trade and access to the U.S. constitution, particularly the first and second amendments. Concerned New Zealander.
This is soooo Auckland. There is still a much more common sensical part of the population outside the urban areas. For sure proud and patriotic but less woke and more down to earth. That’s the part of the population that eventually saw through Jacinda and her likes and kicked them out of government. They are the nation’s backbone. The rest wouldn’t have a clue what happened when the Chinese arrived
Rather than adding socialist states, let get rid of all our territories like the miserable little corrupt Island Puerto Rico. Send all the non-citizens Puerto Ricans back to the little cesspool of a nation. Then kick the ugly raging communist tramp in congress out as well. Then invade the Panama Canal and reclaim it as sovereign US territory. Kick the communist Chinese out of our hemisphere. If the leaders resist, shoot them.
No …..too lefty like Australia
I've been there, three times. They're way too woke to be part of the US.
Plus, it's always raining in Auckland.

You underestimate the capability of the Communist Chinese. The distance between them and Taiwan is 81 miles.
Will they get their guns back?
We didn't lose them. We simply, for the most part, don't need them.
Not even when a maniac like Jacinda sends the police round to force-vaccinate you? Not even then?
NOOOO! I don’t want them!
No fucking way. Canada has dibs on 51.

This video was fun!

"Yeah! More groups to hate!" -America
Nooooooo! Leave them alone. I want to move there and away from the US.
No. Figure 10 for Canada, Greenland, a few for Mexico. Maybe 67th state.
