Thank you so much for the work you and Andrew Doyle are doing. It helps me feel more sane as I continue to question common narratives. As a college professor, I am scared to express my concerns, and it's not just because I might lose my job. I will also lose friends. But worst of all, people who I respect will think I am a "bad" person. This hurts me so much, and so I continue to live in fear.
These witch trials are right now. We see in the refusal of the Left MSM to admit they overstepped in their accusations after the Colorado shootings and low key coverage of subsequent shootings right after. (Walmart and a shooting in a bus of college football players, all 3 because of lack of gun laws)
Is it true that some kind of cannibal-themed film is now out in theaters? What will Holli-weird come up with next?

The article builds on an extract from The New Puritans published by Doyle in Quillette.
Andrew Doyle says the woke support authoritarianism and state control. Their movement is very Orwellian. To see where all this leads, I suggest reading "1984" and "Animal Farm" by George Orwell. I have featured reviews of both of these books in the most recent issues of my "2026" Substack at 2026.substack.com.
Yeonmi Park escaped from North Korea and ended up on Jordan Peterson's podcast. It sounds like she has the same recommended reading list. https://youtu.be/8yqa-SdJtT4?t=4808
I watched the video you recommended. Yeonmi said that North Korea took away all human rights and freedom in the name of equality. When she read "Animal Farm" after she escaped from North Korea, she realized that everyone was complicit by remaining silent. After that she began to speak out. Unfortunately, she found that at Columbia University in New York, woke professors began to censor her and shape her thoughts again. She sees the same patterns in the U.S. today as that which she escaped in North Korea. They are the same patterns that led to the communist regime in North Korea.
For those interested in the elitist posturing and lecturing about language use that comes out of the usual organs (in this case the Washington Post), readers here might also be interested in a recent article at The TransAtlantic that addresses the political of place-name pronunciation in Ukraine - "Kiev" to "Kyiv": The Word-War's Western Front.

Brilliant discussion. It's one of the best books about the movement we're currently witnessing.
Thank you. Will download right now.
Interesting. I’ll add to my Kindle list
